Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, you can request an exchange.
Defective Products
Defective products are eligible for exchange within the policy period.
Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange.
Different From Description
Products that are significantly different from their description may qualify for an exchange.
Original Packaging
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.
